At Hushed Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn socks with original tags attached into their original shipping mailer or a secure envelope.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
